MAB 2.0 project - Microalgae Biorefinery

10. August 2015.

The MAB 2.0 project aims to demonstrate two breakthrough technological and commercial concepts for (1) integration of algae technology into a municipal waste water treatment plant to enhance water quality and biogas yield (2) biorefinery of algae into high value and biobased products

The demand side for algae technology solutions is represented by the Budapest Sewage Works Pte. Ltd. (FCsM from the Hungarian name) in the partnership. FCsM has experiences with algae technology and possess insight into the general drivers that can motivate waste water engineering companies to invest into algae. For more information visit
